Wenatchee, Washington – Impaired Driver Crashes Into Several Fixed Objects at Cedar Wood Lane

Wenatchee, Washington (November 18, 2019) – An impaired driver crashed at Cedar Wood Lane on Monday following a police chase. The suspect, identified as Timothy Fryhover, was the driver of a suspect vehicle in a car accident that occurred on the 1000 block of Springwater Avenue when he fled the scene, prompting police chase. While police were giving chase Fryhover was reported to have swerved into oncoming traffic, causing other motorists to go off the roadway to avoid colliding with him. He ended up turning into Cedar Wood lane, where his car struck two power boxes, street signs, and a fire hydrant before a police vehicle pinned his car in. Fortunately no injuries were reported in the incident. Fryhover has been booked into Chelan County Regional Justice Center for charges of DUI, hit and run, driving with a suspended license.
