GRANGER, WA – The victims of Wednesday’s fatal head-on collision on SR 22 have been identified, the Yakima Herald reports.

This is an update to our previous blog post.

A passenger vehicle with four occupants was traveling west on SR 22 at about 3 a.m. on March 24 when it drifted into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with an eastbound vehicle near SR 223. Three of the westbound vehicle’s occupants were killed in the collision. They have been identified as 27-year-old Natasha Lynn Adams; her boyfriend, 29-year-old John Scott Shock, Jr.; and her four-year-old daughter.

Suzanne Quintana Jim, the 19-year-old driver of the other vehicle, was also killed.

Adams’s three-year-old son survived the crash and was taken to Harborview Medical Center. He is believed to be in serious but improving condition.

The Washington State Patrol was continuing to investigate the accident as of Friday. They are being assisted by Yakama Nation Tribal Police, as the accident happened on tribal land and all four victims are members of the Yakama Nation.
