Small apartment fire on 26th Avenue S in Seattle
Request Free ConsultationSEATTLE, WA — Fire crews responded to a scene of smoke caused by an apartment stove fire on Sunday morning around 8:21 a.m., according to the Seattle Fire Department.
Crews were initially called to the building on 2100 block of 26th Avenue South to investigate a report of smoke in a hallway.

The cause of the fire was later discovered to be food that had caught fire on a seventh-floor apartment unit. After that finding, the response was downgraded to only a few units.
