Semi overturns on SR-18 and I-90 merge near Snoqualmie

KING COUNTY, WA — Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash Thursday morning involving a semi-truck on state Route 18 westbound near Snoqualmie, according to Trooper Rick Johnson, Washington State Patrol’s Publication Information Officer for District 2.

The incident occurred in the westbound lanes of SR-18 just east of the Interstate 90 merge and was reported at 8:07 a.m.

The semi was attempting a turn from I-90 westbound to SR-18 when it overturned.

An image shared by Trooper Johnson shows what appears to be a 12-wheeler container truck at rest on its right side over the right shoulder of the highway.

No injuries to the driver or any other person have been reported.

Motorists in the area were advised to exercise caution.
