Seattle, Washington (January 5, 2019) – Four people were taken to a hospital after a two-vehicle crash on the southbound Interstate 5 ramp to North Northgate Way on Sunday afternoon. According to the report from KIRO7 News, two people were critically injured, and another person in the same vehicle was reported to be in stable condition. They were taken to a hospital for treatment. The causing, driver, who is suspected of DUI, was also taken to a hospital and was reported to be in stable condition.

The accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. The suspect didn’t make the turn while exiting southbound Interstate 5, and crashed into the top of the other vehicle, striking the top of the fence and finally landing into a retaining ditch. The causing driver is under investigation of vehicular assault. The crash also caused the ramp to be temporarily blocked.
