Seattle Fire responds to apartment fire burning through attic

SEATTLE, WA – Seattle firefighters responded to reports of a fire burning through the roof of an apartment building on the 12000 block of 15th Ave. NE.

Crews responded to the scene around 3 a.m. Friday morning to find that the blaze had burned through the roof and into the structure’s attic. By 3:30 a.m., fire crews had water on the fire and the situation under control. No one was injured in the accident and investigators are working to determine the cause.
