Rockport, Washigton – Motorcycle Driver Injured After Crashing into Ditch at WA 20

Rockport, Washigton (May 8, 2019) – A motorcycle driver sustained injuries in a single-vehicle crash at milepost 126 of State Route 20, about five miles east of Newhalem. The driver was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment. At the time of writing, they have not been identified yet.

According to the report by the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened around 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning. The driver attempted to pass other vehicles in a no-pass zone, and lost control of their motorcycle. Both vehicle and driver ended up in an eastbound ditch. No road closure or traffic impact was reported.
