SEATAC, WA – Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding the hit-and-run driver who sent an SUV crashing into a hotel dining room, injuring its driver.

SeaTac Blog reports that the incident happened at the Comfort Inn & Suites located at 19300 block of International Boulevard South at about 6:50 a.m. on May 6. King County Sheriff’s deputies arrived on the scene to find a red Ford Escape inside the hotel’s dining room. Its driver told them that her vehicle had been hit by a sedan, which sent the Ford crashing through the glass enclosure that surrounded the dining room.

Fortunately, no one was in the room at the time, and the Ford’s driver suffered only minor injuries.

Investigators found a broken wing mirror and other detritus at the scene that led them to believe the causing vehicle is a grey 2000-2005 Saturn L series sedan. If you have any information regarding the incident, KCSO would like to hear from you as soon as possible.
