Pedestrian hit by car outside Seattle Police Dept building

According to KOMO News, the pedestrian was not injured but police found damage to the vehicle. Officials confirmed that the vehicle was not being driven by a member of the Seattle police department at the time.
The accident happened around 10:30 p.m. at 8th Avenue and Virginia Street. Further details are not known at this time, including whether the driver struck the pedestrian intentionally. No charges have been filed.
