Motorcyclist dead after crashing into pickup and boat trailer in Selah

SELAH, WA (YAKIMA COUNTY) – A man from Oak Harbor was killed in an accident involving a motorcycle and a boat trailer in Yakima County on Friday morning, according to KOMO News.

The crash happened on State Route 821, near the Yakima River Canyon, at about 11:30 a.m., as the driver of a pickup hauling a boat trailer attempted to make a left turn.

56-year-old Oak Harbor man Terrell W. Boese, driving a motorcycle, then crashed into the pickup truck and trailer while attempting to go around the vehicle.

Boese died at the scene.

The other driver was not reported as injured.
