According to a tweet from Washington State Trooper John Bryant, the accident happened on Friday around 11:45 a.m. Some diesel fuel was spilled onto the roadway as a result of the collision. First responders cleared the scene by 2:25 p.m. It is not clear whether charges will be filed against the driver of the Chevy.
