King County, Washington – Man Dead From Brain Injuries After Being Pushed Down Stairs

King County, Washington  (April 29, 2019) – According to the King County Medical Examiner’s Office, Danny Olinger died from injuries including rib fractures, a skull fracture and brain bleeding on April 29. The day before, he was pushed down a set of stairs onto the foyer. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center, but died from his injuries around 2 a.m. on early Monday morning.

On April 28, Danny Ollinger was trying to stop his stepson from hurting his mother. However, while attempting to do so, his stepson allegedly pushed him down the stairs, causing the two of them to fall. The mother called 911, and officers caught the stepson by tasing and handcuffing him. He is booked into King County Jail and charged with second-degree murder.
