Incident blocks I-5 northbound and southbound

SEATTLE, WA – According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, an incident blocked the northbound and southbound lanes of I-5 Thursday evening.

On I-5 northbound & southbound from I-90 to SR 520 there is an incident blocking all lanes and on and off-ramps to and from I-5.

The incident began around 8:15 p.m. WSDOT did not specify the nature of the incident, whether it was a car collision or traffic accident. Updates will be posted as they become available.
