Female driver runs red light, T-bones minivan at Tacoma intersection

TACOMA, WA – Tacoma Police responded to a T-bone collision at the intersection of South 56th and Yakima Ave late Saturday night that left one man injured.

According to South Sound News, the causing driver, in a silver van, ran a red light at the intersection and T-boned a white van. Police issued the causing female driver a citation for failure to yield.

At least one occupant of the white van was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.
