Early morning crash on I-5 near 41st St blocks three lanes

EVERETT, WA – A car accident on Interstate 5 southbound near 41st St blocked three lanes including the high-occupancy vehicle lane early in the morning on Tuesday.
On I-5 southbound just south of 41st St there is a collision blocking the 2 left general purpose lanes and the HOV lane.

The Washington State Department of Transportation reported the collision at 5:40 a.m. By 6:10, crews had cleared the accident scene. WSDOT did not provide more information about the cause of the accident or whether anyone was injured.
