Driver of SUV crashes into several parked cars in Benton City, flees

BENTON CITY, WA – The driver of an SUV crashed into several parked cars in front of a home on Sunday and fled the scene, according to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

According to a Facebook post from the Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred on the 1300 block of Karen Ave. No one was injured in this incident, but once the suspect was located, he was taken to a local hospital for evaluation. The suspect, a 43-year-old man, was not injured. His identity has not been released, but he is currently at the Benton County Jail.
