Driver hospitalized after striking tree near NB I-5 in Tacoma

TACOMA, WA – A driver was injured late last night when his vehicle collided with a tree near the off-ramp from northbound I-5 to eastbound S 56th Street.

The individual was unconscious when Washington State Patrol troopers arrived on the scene. However, emergency responders were able to revive the individual, and transported them to a local hospital.
