Driver collides with barrier on I-5 NB offramp near downtown Tacoma
Request Free ConsultationPIERCE COUNTY, WA — Multiple emergency crews responded to a single-car accident Friday morning on an Interstate 5 offramp near downtown Tacoma, reports Washington State Patrol.

The crash happened on the I-5 northbound ramp to I-705 northbound and East 26th Street. It was first reported by Trooper Robert Reyer at 11:37 a.m.
WSP troopers, Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) crews, and Tacoma firefighters were at the scene where a right lane was blocked.
Authorities have not released additional updates indicating any significant injuries, and it is unclear what led up to the accident.
