Construction worker injured in Lynnwood wall collapse

LYNNWOOD, WA – A construction worker was seriously injured when a wall collapsed on him at the 4100 block of Alderwood Mall Boulevard on Tuesday.

According to KOMO News, emergency responders transported the worker in a rescue basket and then an ambulance to a local hospital. First responders reported that the worker had injuries to his lower extremities.

Officials are investigating how and why the wall collapsed during construction.
