Car gets clipped by semi and struck by another car, rolls on I-5

Washington State Trooper Rick Johnson confirmed that the driver only suffered minor injuries, despite rolling and totaling the car. Johnson did not say whether either the semi-truck driver or the driver of the other car will be held responsible.
