Bow, Washington – Driver Dead in Rollover Crash on State Route 11

Bow, Washington (January 9, 2020) – A woman died in a rollover crash that occurred on the 4400 block of State Route 11 on early Thursday morning. According tot he report from KIRO 7, the driver, who remains unidentified, was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and had been partially thrown from her vehicle. She died on the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash and no other injuries have been reported.

According to the information from the Washington State Patrol, the incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. The woman was driving north when she lost control of her vehicle, causing her car to go off the road, strike a mailbox and roll over several times. Troopers have said that slick roads and speed appear to be factors in the crash. The crash caused State Route 11 to be temporarily closed while investigation was ongoing.
