Bothell, Washington – Two People Hospitalized after Car Crash at 120th Avenue Northeast

Bothell, Washington (August 21, 2019) – Two people sustained injuries in a crash involving two cars at the 18000 block of 120th Avenue Northeast on Wednesday noon. One person was reported to have been taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, with another person taken to Evergreen Hospital for treatment. No further word has been given regarding their condition.

The crash happened around 12:45 a.m. The circumstances of the crash has not been detailed, but the cars involved in the accident were sent off southbound lanes, causing them to crash into the Home Depot sign. The accident caused southbound lanes of 120th Avenue Northeast to be closed while investigation was underway.

In rollover collisions, the car will come to rest on its side or roof, resulting in a dangerous situation which passengers might need to be extricated from. In side collisions, the greatest risk comes to the passenger on the particular side that received the impact. No matter the type of accident, all crashes are bound to cause a dreadful situation for all involved.
