22-year-old passenger killed in Bothell crash identified

BOTHELL, WA – The 22-year-old passenger killed in an accident that injured two others on North Road in Bothell on Friday has been identified.
According to an Everett news source, the young man was a passenger in a vehicle that crashed head-on with a truck in the 17700 block of North Road in the evening on Friday.
The man, identified as Skeuo Francis, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and infant in the same vehicle were transported to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.
The driver of a truck, a Lynnwood resident, escaped uninjured.
