2 injured in wrong-way crash on westbound SR-18

The crash happened sometime before 3:14 a.m. on March 11, when a car traveling east in the westbound lanes collided with a second vehicle with enough force to send the at-fault car onto the guardrail. The sole occupants of both vehicles were hospitalized with serious injuries.
