TACOMA, WA – Two people were hurt in a multi-vehicle collision in northwest Tacoma yesterday, according to the Tacoma Fire Department.

The accident happened at the intersection of N Pearl Street and N 42nd Street before 5:10 p.m., when three vehicles collided.

Two people were taken to local hospitals for the treatment of undisclosed injuries. Their identities were not immediately available.

Tacoma FD advised travelers to avoid the area, as road closures and traffic delays were likely.
