SEATTLE, WA — Two men suffered injuries Tuesday afternoon in a single-car crash that caught fire near Jackson Park Trail in Seattle, according to Seattle Fire Department.

Fire crews responded to the scene at 15th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 140th Street shortly before 12:45 p.m.

At 12:53 p.m., the car fire was reported to be extinguished.

Seattle Fire Department initially said the accident involved two vehicles, but later corrected to say only one car was involved.

The two men injured were evaluated by medics on scene and then transported to a hospital for further treatment. They were reported to be in stable condition.
