Thurston County Deputy vehicle hit by wrong-way driver
Request Free ConsultationLACEY, WA – A Thurston County deputy attempted to pull over a vehicle for driving with expired tabs Thursday night, but the driver failed to stop and headed the wrong way down I-5 instead, striking the deputy’s car in the process.

According to KOMO journalist Holly Menino, the incident occurred late Thursday night or early Friday morning. The driver of the black Ford pickup truck fled from the deputy’s vehicle and entered I-5. The deputy called off the pursuit at that point.
