Three lanes blocked on I-5 near SR 599

SEATTLE, WA – A car accident blocked the three right-most lanes of Interstate 5 northbound Wednesday morning while crews responded to clear the scene.

According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the accident occurred around 10:42 a.m.

There is no word yet if anyone was injured in the collision, and police are investigating the cause of the accident.
