Tacoma, Washington – Fire Burns Under Overpass

Tacoma, Washington (May 22, 2019) – A fire was reported to have burned under the overpass in the area of Interstate-5 and northbound Interstate 705. The fire happened just before 8:30 p.m. There were no reports of injuries from the incident.

The cause of the fire has not been provided, but officials have said that the dry vegetation was a factor in why the fire spread.
