Shelton, Washington (October 1, 2019) – An injury crash involving two vehicles was reported to have occurred on northbound Highway 101 just north of State Route 3. There were no further details on how many people were injured and how severe the injuries were, but there were no mentions of any patient requiring hospitalization at the time of writing.

According to the report from the Washington State Patrol trooper, a pickup truck towing a travel trailer turned onto Highway 101 from State Route 3. This made the travel trailer sway and the truck crossed the center line, colliding with a southbound vehicle. No road closures were announced, but troopers were on scene to alternate traffic while the scene was being cleared.

In rollover collisions, the car will come to rest on its side or roof, resulting in a dangerous situation which passengers might need to be extricated from. In side collisions, the greatest risk comes to the passenger on the particular side that received the impact. No matter the type of accident, all crashes are bound to cause a dreadful situation for all involved.
