Police respond to collision involving Tacoma Link Light Rail Train

TACOMA, WA – Police responded to an accident involving a car and a Tacoma Link Light Rail train on Thursday afternoon, according to a tweet from the police.
Officers are on scene of a motor vehicle vs Tacoma Link Light Rail at S 24th and Pacific Ave. No injuries reported at this time. The roadway is partially blocked. Please use caution in the area. pic.twitter.com/XZtMXSC8eo

The Tacoma Police Department reported the collision at 12:41 p.m. Thursday via Twitter. Police reported that no one was injured in the accident, which happened near S 24th ST and Pacific Ave.
Officials did not provide details about the cause of the collision.
