Pedestrian struck by train near Saltwater Park in Shoreline

SHORELINE, WA – The Shoreline Fire Department responded to a report of a pedestrian-involved train collision that occurred near Saltwater Park on Monday afternoon.

Train vs a pedestrian near Saltwater Park. Pt is alert at this time. Please avoid the area while we treat the patient.

Shoreline Fire reported that they were treating the patient at the scene. It is not clear whether the patient was later taken to a local hospital. Updates will be posted as more information becomes available.
