Pedestrian injured by tractor-trailer in Everett

EVERETT, WA – A pedestrian was seriously injured in a traffic accident with a tractor-trailer on an Interstate 5 ramp in Everett on Sunday.

According to KIRO 7 News Seattle, the tractor-trailer struck the unidentified pedestrian on the entrance ramp from 128th Street Southwest to northbound Interstate 5.

The pedestrian was transported to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries but is expected to recover.

At this time, the circumstances around the crash remain unclear.
