Multi-vehicle, non-injury collision blocks SR 16 near Port Orchard

GORST, WA – A multi-vehicle collision on westbound State Route 16 near Tremont St blocked the right lane of the highway on Tuesday morning, but luckily there were no injuries.
WB traffic is backed up beyond Tremont Street.

According to Washington State Trooper Chelsea Hodgson, the accident happened around 8 a.m. It is not clear what caused the accident or how many vehicles were involved.
The collision and arrival of tow trucks caused a backup on westbound SR 16 to Tremont St.
