Motorcyclist suffers traumatic leg injury after being hit by car

FEDERAL WAY, WA – A female motorcyclist suffered a critical leg injury after a vehicle failed to yield before turning left at the intersection of 1st Avenue South and South 312th Street.

The accident happened on Oct. 31 around 2 p.m. According to South Sound News, the motorcycle rider was transported to an area hospital’s trauma center in stable condition. The driver of the car initially left the scene out of shock but returned shortly after to cooperate with the police.

This accident is still under investigation.
