Lynnwood, Washington (April 8, 2020) – A pedestrian was injured in a hit and run collision on the 3100 block of Larch Way on Wednesday night. According to the article from KIRO 7 News, the victim, a female jogger, sustained life-threatening injuries in the incident and was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment. The driver left the scene, but deputies from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office has received a call from the suspect who believes they might have struck the pedestrian. Update: According to the updated article from KIRO 7, the suspect has been caught.

According to information from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle left the lane around 6:45 pm. colliding with the pedestrian.  There have been no mentions of road closures in relation with the incident.

Avoiding accidents not only prevents loss, damage, injuries and death to one’s self, but also on other people in the surroundings.
