Lynnwood man arrested for driving erratically, injuring 3
Request Free ConsultationLYNNWOOD, WA – A 39-year-old man was arrested Thursday after driving erratically and causing several violent car accidents that injured three people, including a child.
It began around 9 a.m. when the man attempted to open the locked door of a local bank. Employees inside the bank called 911 when the man mimicked shooting a gun at them, according to KOMO News.
The man left the bank in a GMC Yukon with two children in the backseat, before being spotted again at 196th Street SW near 40th Avenue. According to authorities, he rear-ended a pickup truck twice on 196th St East and then slammed into a Toyota 4Runner, causing it to crash into another vehicle.
The Yukon crashed into a ditch near I-5 and 30th Ave.
The driver of the 4Runner, the driver of the vehicle hit by the 4Runner, and one of the children in the Yukon were injured and taken to a local hospital. The driver of the Yukon is currently in custody at the Snohomish County Jail.
