Lake Stevens, Washington (July 27, 2019) – Two people were injured in a collision involving a Jeep and two motorcycles on the intersection of northbound lane of State Route 9 and 20th Street Southeast on Saturday afternoon. The victims, both motorcyclists in critical condition, were taken to the hospital. The driver of the Jeep was not reported to be injured.

The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. The circumstances leading up to the crash has not been detailed.The crash caused all lanes of 20th Street Southeast to be blocked, with traffic being diverted at 1st Avenue Southeast and 99th Avenue Southeast. The accident is under investigation.
