Elderly man in wheelchair fatally hit by vehicle in Everett
Request Free ConsultationEVERETT, WA – A man in a motorized wheelchair was killed when a car struck him in an accident in Everett last night, according to KOMO News.
The accident happened on Everett Ave at about 6:30 p.m. while the 78-year-old victim was crossing the street.
According to authorities, the area was dark at the time of the crash, and they suspect that the driver did not see the victim, who has yet to be identified to the public.
The driver is not thought to have been speeding or under the influence when the accident happened.
No other injuries were reported.
