Drowsy driver crashes truck off State Route 7 in La Grande

LA GRANDE, WA – One man is “lucky to be alive” after driving his truck off State Route 7 last Thursday night while he was drowsy.

According to Washington State Trooper Ryan Burke, the accident occurred the night of Thursday, June 25.
Trooper Burke’s photos show the front end of the truck smashed in from the impact of the crash.
No serious injuries were reported. The man’s identity has not been released.
