Crash near Tacoma Dome causes delays and closures on I-5

TACOMA, WA – A collision on I-5 near the Tacoma Dome led to traffic delays and lane closures this afternoon, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Tacoma.

Cleared: Collision on I-5 NB at MP 134.3 near Tacoma Dome.

The crash occurred on northbound I-5, near milepost 134.3 and the Tacoma Dome, at about 12:25 p.m.

The right lane was blocked as a result of the crash.

By 1:22 p.m., the roadway was cleared.

It is unclear at this point what led to the accident or if anyone was hurt.
