TACOMA, WA – A construction worker needed to be extricated from a piece of heavy machinery that had rolled on its side on the 2900 block of E. Alexander Ave.

Tacoma Fire reported the incident via Twitter around 10 a.m. on Wednesday. The victim was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. Officials have not confirmed how the vehicle flipped.
