Collision reported on Interstate 5 in Kent

KENT, WA – One lane was blocked on Interstate 5 due to a collision on Thursday morning, according to an alert from WSDOT on Twitter.
A firetruck blocked off the accident scene in the southbound lanes near 272nd Street at about 7:30 a.m.
It is unclear how many vehicles were involved or if anyone was injured.
The scene was quickly cleared and, thankfully, traffic was not much affected by the short-term closure.
