Auburn, Washington (April 28, 2019) – An illegal and unattended fire in a homeless camp area was reported to the Valley Regional Fire Authority on Thursday afternoon. Firefighters responded to the scene around 5:30 p.m., and successfully extinguished the fire. There were no reported injuries in the incident.

The area was later turned over to the police. The cause of the fire has not been provided.
