Arlington, Washington – Brush Fire Closes Down Lanes of I-5

Arlington, Washington (July 28, 2019) – A brush fire which broke out along Interstate 5 on Sunday caused all but one northbound lane to be closed. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported in the incident.

The cause of the fire has not been stated in the report. However, the fire and the road closures have caused a 3 mile long backup. Drivers are warned to avoid the area if possible.
