16-year-old girl suffers life-threatening injuries after hit-and-run

MOUNT VERNON, WA – A 16-year-old girl sustained life-threatening injuries after being hit by a Prius at the intersection of East College Way and N. 35th Street on Monday.

Witnesses told police they saw a white or silver Prius hit the girl around 5 p.m. on Monday evening, according to KOMO. Police are still searching for the vehicle and suspect.
